What LACO GIS can do for you

LACO Associates has used their GIS to track and model environmental hazard trends relating to subsurface petroleum products. Subsurface modeling helps LACO clients to clean up the hazard with the aid of government funding.

LACO GIS has helped LACO's Planning Dept assist clients with land development opportunities by analyzing surface data to identify acres of potential development and avoid or mitigate existing features of concern. By identifying areas of concern, planners can increase the speed of the permit process and assure that development progresses as quickly, legally and economically as possible, and our clients can turn land over to development
and realize a larger profit.
